The IL 3801F features a fully electronic generator, which provides more accurate and faster testing. Due to 4-wire measurement technology, there is a separate repeat measurement of the test voltage, which ensures that the DUT is contacted properly. Thanks to the numerous interfaces, you will be spoiled for choice in terms of the control: be it via USB, Ethernet / LAN, RS 232 or 24V interface – the IL 3801F adapts to you and not vice versa!

With its compact housing, the portable IL 3801F is ideal as a portable desktop device. Thanks to the safety current limitation according to EN 50191, no additional protective measures (such as a test cover or two-handed operation) are necessary for the operation.
